You are entering a new phase in your health journey and to help us design your best way forward , we would ask that you go on this website (cornerstonewellnessminnesota.com) and download from the chiropractic tab under forms, the Brain Chemistry AND the Detox Questionnaire. Fill them out and bring them in to your first appointment, for your file,

Please note the following information regarding your appointment:

Since this will be your first session, We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure smooth check in, delivery of intake info forms and to allow for any questions you may have.
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your EE session. Proper hydration will help your body adjust to the energy being received.
Complimentary water, electrolytes and teas will be available.
For your comfort during a session, wear comfortable clothes, bring clean thick wool/cotton socks, along with a blanket and a small pillow if desired. Sleep during treatment is the ultimate goal. We shall have some blankets available for your use if you wish.
Use of electronic devices is discouraged. You may bring along noise cancelling headphones for quiet or to listen to your favorite meditation, podcast or musical artist.
Sleep masks and ear plugs are also recommended and soon may be available for purchase.
Bring healthy snacks for replenishment, especially for those planning a session of four (4) hours or more. We shall be offering healthy alternatives for purchase at certain times in the day.
No food is allowed in the EE System treatment space. A lounge and kitchen area is available for your use during your visit.
Bring along medications and supplements to expose in the EE System to improve biocompatibility.
An Infrared Sauna session is highly encouraged immediately following your session to reduce detoxification side effects. If use of the Brain Tap or vibration machines are part of your wellness program please ask a wellness team member who will be happy to assist in getting you on that schedule. If you prefer to do a salt bath detox at home, we encourage you to ensure you are completing this the same day as your EE appointment. We shall make a salt blend available for purchase if you desire.
